Match Education & Match Teacher Residency Fellowship Programs
Match Education is recruiting all majors. Candidates do not need to have a background in education. We seek candidates with strong content backgrounds - math, science, English, history, etc., and those who share our passion for social justice and education reform. Match Education is a non-profit education foundation based in Boston and is looking for Villanova University grads to come tutor our students in Boston, MA. Match Corps and Match Teacher Residency are one-year urban education fellowship programs that pair recent college graduates from top universities with a small caseload of Match students whom they work with in small group on 1-on-1 tutorials over the course of each day, providing close academic support and building relationships to guarantee the academic success of their Match students. Teacher Residents participate in a teacher training program that prepares them to teach in "No Excuses" urban classrooms. All details about the programs can be found here: http://www.matcheducation.org/apply. If you have any questions, please email recruiting@matcheducation.org
