Tuesday, November 11th - Faith and Environment Panel: Empowering the Care of Creation

Villanova University's Center for Peace and Justice Education and the Center for Energy and Environmental Education will have a panel to learn how faith and sustainability work together to create a better future for all.   Panelists will discuss how their faith can drive sustainability efforts around the world and here at home.   Panelists included:  Gaye Burpee (Catholic Relief Services), Dan Misleh (Catholic Climate Covenant) and Rear Admiral David W. Titley, USN (Ret), Director of the Center for Solutions to Weather and Climate Risk, Penn State, former Chair of the Navy's Task Force on Climate Change.

Thursday October 2, 2014 - From St. Francis to Pope Francis to You: Creating a Climate for Solidarity

Villanova University's Center for Peace and Justice Education and the Center for Energy and Environmental Education will present a series of short presentations, videos, and discussions that will help us uncover how the world is changing, and who has felt the negative impacts the most.  Learn how climate change affects the world's poor.   Prof. Chara Armon and Prof. Will Stehl will serve as facilitators.

Department of Chemistry LEHIGH UNIVERSITY Open House Event on October 25th

           Analytical methods development and validation
           Analytical investigations
           Process and product characterization
           Developing novel analytical experiments and techniques to predict drug product performance
           Clinical study support

           Completing above tasks in an accurate and timely manner
Effective interaction with other technical, regulatory, research and manufacturing groups is critical.  You'll have the opportunity to work with teams comprised of scientists and non-scientists, to effectively coordinate efforts and track the progress for multiple projects, and to provide technical leadership on interdivisional initiatives.
You would also support the implementation of new technology, including developing expertise in specialized equipment or techniques such as HPLC, LC/MS, GC/MS, Spectroscopy, and Dissolution. You would also keep abreast of innovative and novel scientific developments in the pharmaceutical industry by presenting papers at meetings, attending seminars, and reading relevant literature
