Kent State University Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and the Liquid Crystal Institute NSF REU program

Kent State University Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry and the Liquid Crystal Institute are seeking applicants for a National Science Foundation funded Research Experience for Undergraduates (NSF-REU) program.  The program is held from June 2 through August 8, 2014.   Participants will be provided with a salary of $5,000, as well as housing in the Centennial Court Dormitories.   Travel support is provided as needed.Information and online application:  www.kent.edu/chemistry/reu.   Review of applications begins March 1st, 2014 -- so get your applications in early.  Community college students are encouraged to apply.
