Purdue University - NSF Sponsored REU program for summer 2013

The Department of Biochemistry at Purdue University is now accepting applications for a NSF sponsored REU program in the summer of 2013.   This is a ten week program that runs from May 28th to August 2nd, 2013.   Campus housing and round-trip transportation to West Lafayette, IN plus a $5,000 stipend.  You must be an undergraduate who has completed at least 4 semesters of college and have at least one semester of college remaining after the summer of 2013.  You need a grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.  For more information, go to:  https://ag.purdue.edu/biochem/Pages/REU.aspx     To apply you need 2 faculty letters of recommendation and an official transcript.  Applications submitted by February 15 will receive priority consideration.  to apply:  https://ag.purdue.edu/biochem/Pages/REU_Application.aspx
