University of Nebraska-Lincoln Department of Chemistry

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is excited to announce that they have 10 research positions for undergraduates during Summer 2013.   Nine of the positions are part of our NSF-funded Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program.   The tenth position is for our Faculty/Student Pair Program.   For the REU program they offer a 10 week research program with a $5,000 stipend plus room and board.   To apply or learn more:   http://www.unl.edu/summerprogram/research#chemistry  Faculty/Student Pair program is open to only one pair from a four-year college or university.  This summer stipend for the professional member will be $6,000 per month for up to two full months of full-time commitment to the project.   The student will receive the same level of support and experiences as the REU students during the same 10 weeks of commitment.   To apply or learn more:   http://www.chem.unl.edu/SummerResearch/     Application Deadline for both programs is February 15, 2013
